Abstract

Few medical disciplines have seen such a dynamic development of clinical nephrology in the recent period. Thanks to new technologies, the need for highly qualified treatment of chronic renal failure by dialysis techniques will be fully covered and the number of transplanted patients has increased in importance.

At the same time, however, the number of patients with diabetic and ischemic nephropathy is growing rapidly. Research in the field of molecular - genetic analysis of renal diseases is increasingly developing and algorithms for the treatment of renal hypertension, anemia, bone disease, etc. are changing.
