Abstract
This article deals with the statutory exceptions to the obligation of confidentiality of medical staff. The definition of the obligation itself is followed by the most important exceptions.
It handles both situations when authorized subject asks for the exception and also the situations when a doctor must act on his own, i.e. to notify something.
