Abstract
This article describes a new law on Health Services which will be in force from the 1st April 2012. It compares new regulation with the old one.
Next it handles new terminology, a right to provide health services, operation of newly established registers. The following part focuses on an always more up to date subject of an informed consent.
Finally it determines other important issues of Health Services Law including the possibility of patients giving in complaints and as well imposing penalties in case of violation of the law.
