Abstract
Czech Republic is among few countries in the world that have very sophisticated, long-term and systematically built a system for collecting medical data. Czech health care and has a unique set of data which describes the particular features of health status for more than two decades.
With a platform of different health registers is possible to extract data for both experts from the ranks of doctors and scientists, but also for health insurance, the Ministry of Health statistics, or for other purposes.
