Abstrakt
In the period of 2003-2010 11 patients (3 females, 8 males) with kidney cancer with tumor thrombus grade III (4 patients) and IV (7 patients) were operated on. Three patients with no evidence of disease are alive with median of survival 50.33 months.
Close cooperation of urologists and heard surgeons contributes certain chance for survival extension.
