Abstract
Publications publishes for the first time in our comprehensive approach to the disadvantaged, fragile, dependent people with severe disabilities. It introduces and professionals with gradually evolving concepts long-term care (long-term care, LTC), in which the international community seeks in the spirit of the best humanistic traditions and the use of modern medical and technical capabilities to provide those people "at risk" quality of life, and if possible in the natural home environment assisted community services.
Publications reacts and puts into practice the recommendations of the EU in recent years.
