Abstract
Hamartoma of the chest wall is an uncomon benign tumor. Histologic sections showed features characteristic for mesenchymal components.
Big lesions are surgically resected, recurence is rare. Spontaneous regression of smaller lesions was described.
We report case of chest wall hamartoma in neonate.
