Abstract

In order to determine the most effective individualized treatment for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC - non-small-cell lung cancer) is exerted considerable effort to identify prognostic and predictive factors. Histology was based on studies recently recognized as a predictive factor for survival in patients treated with cytotoxic chemotherapy.

It happens so promising area that can improve the effectiveness of active substances which are to improve treatment outcomes in patients with NSCLC are still looking.
