Abstract

Warfarin is an oral anticoagulant indirect. For a long time it was more or less single-use oral drug with anti-coagulant effects.

Initially it was used as a rat poison, the possibilities of its potential use in medicine, however, revealed a suicide attempt, which was monitored blood coagulation disorders.
