Abstract
The literature cited a number of genetic syndromes associated with an increased risk incidence of tumors in childhood or tumors typical adult who however, occur in children. As described More than 50 different clinically defined conditions and several abnormal constitutional chromosomal coupled with an increased risk of nefroblastomu (Wilmsův tumor).
The following report we tried to bring about the most common of them.
