Numerous studies have suggested that dehydratation is a main causal faktor to fatigue across a range of sports such as soccer. But the reality is more complicated, the correlation between the thirst and psychical resistence to the fatigue seems to be important.
These unpredictable changes may be accompanied by unorthodox pattern of movements and the performance of specific skills. The intermittent form of energy output and supplementation of water loss are discused.
