Abstract

Increasingly, spread knowledge and confirms that sufficient regular and adequate exercise are not only the basic conditions of health, but also to maintain good condition. When weakness or prolonged illness becomes part of the healing and rehabilitative care.

Plenty of physical activity in childhood is a prerequisite for good health and performance in adulthood and its consequences goes back to an older age. In order to achieve these positive goals, the intensity of physical activity must comply with health and must take some time.

About what is best for each age category, informs this book. It also brings instructions on how to deal with various stressful situations, how to avoid danger in the high mountains, how to behave in the cold and heat, what are the tolerable limits of fatigue.

Large space is devoted to the use of movement in the diagnosis and implementation of various types of stress tests needed to determine the physical fitness, how to determine the type of exercise as healthy, as well as patients.
