Abstract
This publication is a brief overview of the basic problems, signs and symptoms of disease in pediatric medicine that help implement differential diagnosis - specific procedure in medicine, which allows a high probability of the possible alternatives to choose the right one. Guide wants to help first-contact physicians in addressing the problem child patient and contribute to an increase in competence, but also professional satisfaction practitioner pediatrician.
