Abstract
Spinocerebellar ataxia are a heterogeneous group of neurodegenerative brain diseases. As with other cerebellar disorders are associated with cognitive and emotional changes.
We describe a case of two patients, mother and daughter with autosomal dominant spinocerebellar ataxia type 2 Compare the findings of psychiatric and neuropsychologického examination with functional view of the brain.
