Abstract
Congenital defects of the urinary bladder in Exstrophy - epispadias complex represent a permanent handicap of the envolved patients. The treatment is either single - or multi - staged leading usually to preservation of the kidney function as well as socially acceptable state of the continence.
The permanent follow-up of the patients is necessary.
