Abstract

Malabsorption (malabsorption syndrome) is a condition in which the impaired absorption of nutrients from food in the digestive tract. It manifests with symptoms of diarrhea and lack of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins or fats, which are accompanied by weight loss, weakness, fatigue, reduced immunity, anemia, impaired bone, nerves and so on.
