Abstract
The presented case report of forty patients 1 diabetes mellitus type shows how to change the ratio of basal and prandiálního analogues leads to improve glycemic control, without significant changes in total daily insulin dose. In that case also has a beneficial effect on neuropathic patient difficulties.
