Abstract

Background, literary analysis and justification as well as all procedures in the diagnosis and treatment of BCR / ABL-negative myeloproliferative disease (MIT) developed by Czech labor Group Ph-myeloproliferative disease (CZEMP). Current recommendations regarding all three of the most common diseases groups: essential thrombocythaemia (ET), right polycythemia (PV) and primary myelofibrosis (PMF).
