Hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC, Lynch syndrome)

Abstract

HNPCC is associated with 28 - 75% lifelong risk of colorectal cancer (CRC) in men and 24 - 52% risk in women, may present a number of colon polyps (the number does not exceed 100 polyps).
