Abstract
The appropriate indication and interpretation of immunological investigation can help to resolve the correct diagnosis in nephrology, as well as in other medical specialities. This review provides the summary of the spectrum of renal involvement in immunopathologicals tates, like immunodeficiencies, allergies and autoimmune diseases.
Individual clinical and laboratory symptoms, immunopathological cause and indicated examination of renal involvement are discussed and two case reports are added.
