Abstract
The severe form of atopic eczema needs the multidisciplinary approach. Altrought the new information about the etiopathogenesis is coming, it does not influence dramatically the therapeutic immunomodulatory possibilities.
Cyclosporin A is still the therapy ofchoice in severe forms of atopic eczema both in adults and children patients.Even there are many year experiences with this type treatment, there are always a lot of questions there. One of questions is the total therapy duration on which the case report is also focused.
