Abstract
Authors of the article constitute a "new standard" for treatment of locally advanced carcinoma of the cervix. In the introduction, note that we have managed through screening and treatment preinvazivních stages to reduce the incidence of cervical cancer in the U.S. by 90%.
In practice this means that the incidence is now in individual states varies from 6.5 to 11/100 000. In the United States are quite significant geographic and ethnic differences.
