Abstract
The following lines are a summary of current approaches to the most common disease of the problems for children, neonatal surgery. As birth defects and common diseases, we operate to achieve optimal stabilization of the newborn and ensuring erudovaného surgeon, anesthesiologist and neonatolgy postoperative care.
