Publication |
2006

Abstract

Surgical treatment of pancreatic disease has undergone major changes in the last two decades. Perioperative mortality was significantly reduced, which does not exceed 4 - 5% in resection procedures performed in centers with a high frequency of operations.

The aim of the communication is to acquaint the reader with the current view on the radicality of resection in patients with pancreatic cancer.
