Abstract

Laparoscopic pyeloplasty is a more difficult surgery in urology and it depends upon intracorporeal suture technique handling. Better postoperative course, less complications and soon recovery are benefits for patients.

Article reffers about indication, technique and results of first 12 laparoscopic pyeloplastics. With mean operative time 206 minutes and mean hospital stay of 6,7 days we accomplished laparoscopic pyeloplasty in all patients without conversions and any complications.

All patients are asymptomatic and we detected no obstructive curves in postoperative dynamic scintigraphy.
