Evolution of bacterial trunks resistance is a natural ability of these microorganisms which has been developing since the beginning of antibiotics introduction to medical practice. The problem is caused by so called multiresistant bacterial trunks at which occurs resistance to most groups of antibiotics.
Methicilin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) also ranks among these pathogens. Considering the difficult therapy of these infections, emphasis is laid on prevention of occurrence of these resistant groups evocated by wrong antibiotics policy, and also on prevention of this infection dissemination.
Prevention seems to be far more efficient in the battle against these infections than therapy itself. Further important aspect supporting this strategy concerns related costs.
