Abstract

In the treatment of overactive bladder is extensively applied substances inhibition potential muscarinic receptors. New members of this class is a group of darifenacin, which selectively inhibits the effects of M3 subtype of these receptors, which ultimately leads to a lower incidence of rivaling the effects right before your eyes.

Its effectiveness including in relation to the quality of life of patients was verified by a number of clinical studies.
