Abstract

Summer is time when we can very easy start again to build our physical condition. The best way how to improve our body image and body condition is physical exercises.

This acticle is targeted to patients with respiratory handycaps and learns them to correct their breating patterns and also musculosceletar system for improving the whole postural and breating functions. Finaly it is advice to patients with asthma bronchiale who to improve their qvality of life.
