Abstract
Disorders of sex development (DSD) are defined as congenital conditions in which development of chromosomal, gonadal or anatomical sex is atypical. Most cases have been recognised in neonatal period.
Evaluation and long term management must be carried out at a centre with an experienced multidisciplinary team.
