Abstract

A 12-years-old woman with progressive hemifacial atrophy (Parry-Romberg syndrome) is reported. Its clinical manifestations are mainly neurological, ocular and dermal.

The pacient was found to have anisocoria with partial atrophy of her left iris, without atrophy of pigment layer and without heterochromia. Other ocular complications were mild enophthalmos and focal left lower eylid atrophy with lost of cilia.

General examination revealed left hemiatrophy of lower lip, tongue and vocal cord.
