Abstract
Investigation of lung function in uncooperative children (infant pulmonary function testing, IPFT) is a rapidly evolving field. Methods IPFT an important tool for the pediatric pulmonary diagnostics.
The aim is to bring information on the current status of this field in the Czech Republic to provide information regarding indications, standardization of design, the reference values of measured parameters and the interpretation and meaning IPFT methods for clinical practice. The work thus provides practical information to help improve diagnosis in pediatric Pneumological tenderest childhood.
