Abstract
Term"drug policy" include package of precautions that should guarantee safe, effective and high quality medicines for affordable price. Important part of drug policy is also rational pharmacotherapy and system of drug reimbursement from healthcare insurance.
Therapeutic guidelines and pharmacoeconomic evaluations of therapy are not applied in our conditions. Expenditure is markedly influenced by high number of patient-physician contacts connected with high probability of prescription at each visit.
