Abstract
Surgical treatment of epilepsy, which is experiencing in the past two decades, significant developments is the new method. In certain sinusoidách it accompanies a period of more or less active depending on the implementation of new technologies and new diagnostic and operational procedures, which ultimately leads to a significantly better postoperative results.
