Abstract
Orthopaedy is the most developed part of medicine. Total Hip Replacement is very succesfull procedure from 70ties, practically without any changes.
Some contraversial changes have been developed in the beginnning of New Millenium. Description of new trends with contraversial discussion is essencial for understanding of all orthopaedic surgeons, which are not fully interrested in THR.
