Abstract
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a primary myocardial disease as defined by the emergence of hypertrophy, diastolic dysfunction, and one quarter of patients, and the presence of obstruction within the left ventricular outflow tract (subaortic obstruction) or in its central part
