Abstract

Solitary metastasis of renal cell carcinoma invading interventricular septum occurs very rarely and in the Czech literature has not been presented up today. We describe such a patient in our case report, who underwent nephrectomy and lymphadenectomy, extirpation of the tumor of the interventricular septum, reconstruction of the interventricular septum and tricuspid valve as well, and single mammarocoronary bypass to the left anterior descending artery.
