Abstract
An individual who performs activities for which could endanger the life or health of himself or other persons or damage to property shall not consume alcoholic beverages or use other addictive substances during this activity or prior to performing. A person who is reasonably suspected of activity under the influence of alcohol or other addictive substances or reasonable suspicion that another act to the detriment of health related to alcohol or drug, it must undergo a medical examination and expert examination zjišťujícímu alcohol or the use of other addictive substances.
