Abstract
In 2011, when 80,000 patients hospitalized in the University Hospital Motol dokonanému suicide occurred in three patients, always in a different department. Each sucidium were investigated by the police of the Czech Republic, has been associated with various doubts and problems of survivors with the defense of health care providers.
Therefore, we would like to report on these cases.
