Abstract
Both treatment and prevention are very important. Prevention of the development of chronic LBP is crucial and it is necessary to investigate all possible sources of its origin.
The management of chronic LBP is aemost always very complicated and it is necessary to use all available standard, non-invasive (mainly drugs) and invasive (mainly surgical and algesiological) approaches. Moreover, analgesic neuromodulation techniques were established in the Czech Republic ten years ago.
