Abstract
Currently, a group of autosomal dominant spinocerebellar ataxia 29 diseases, DNA laboratories in the world is routine diagnostics introduced in 10 of them, in the Czech Republic is currently available tests AD SCA 1-3, 6-8, DRPL, examination SCA10, 12 and 17 should be available in the near future. But there are many other diseases and syndromes that these diseases mitigovat.
