Abstract
In the first part of this article we deal with mutual interaction of different endocrinopathies on compensation of diabetes mellitus, whose prevalence is significantly higher compared with non-diabetic papulation. The second part of the article is devoted to less common hyperglycemic states in patients with or without genetic predisposition for diabetes mellitus, evoted by another cause than diabetes, in particular by treatment with certain groups of drugs.
