Abstract
The article deals with special types of financial instruments - weather derivatives. It presents what weather derivatives are and picks up the differences between them and the "ordinary" ones.
Derivatives are not popular subject within the lawyers which is a pity because financial and weather derivatives definitely are one of the most curious instruments and should be subject of legal focus.
