Abstract
The aim of this work was to investigate the interaction of various cell types with ultra-fine and nanostructured titanium Gr.2 and compare the effect of grinding and polishing of material onto cell adhesion, metabolic activity and proliferation. Immortalized osteoblast cell line, keratinocyte cell line and primary mesenchymal stem cells and dermal fibroblasts were utilized in the experiments.
