Abstract
Along with the demise of the participation of a shareholder ceases to exist (among other things) the right to participate in the management and control of its activities under § 122 para. 1 of the Commercial Code and, therefore, the right to information pursuant to § 122 para. 2 of the Commercial Code. The above conclusion does not change anything that partner to provide certain information about or given access to certain company documents requested before the end of their participation.
