The rights of shareholders to make proposals and counterproposals

Abstract

The paper deals with a new presentation shareholder's right to make proposals and counterproposals, which is based on the Business Corporations Act no. 90/2012 Coll. The article realization of the right to make proposals and counter-proposals and trying to find solutions to some of the shortcomings of the new legislation.
