Abstract

The author examines the question in which cases the procuration officer authorized to represent businesses. The author concludes that the proxy is authorizing to all kinds of judicial actions and court and administrative proceedings that relate to any business; procuration officer also authorized to mandating and recalling other representatives.On the question of the excess procuration then the author concludes that the procuration officer acting under the proxy or outside its scope as agent without mandate.

The author considers proxy authorized for branch or business enterprise considers via express provision in the law for internal limitations.
