Abstract
The monograph deals with the anonymity of real property in order to make recommendations for legislation in this area. Focuses on the abuse of commercial companies and similar corporate structures, most of the conclusions and recommendations apply mutatis mutandis to other institutes used to conceal the identity of the beneficial owner.
