This article deals with public (governmental) incentives for hiring job seekers with health disabilities. The corner stone of Czech public pro-employment measures is a duty to hire disabled employees if they employ at least 25 employees throughout a calendar year in average.
If applicable, disabled employees must create at least 4 % of all employees working at the employer. Despite variety of governmental incentives, there is more than 4 times higher amount of unemployed disabled than 23 years ago in the Czech Republic.
