Community care in residential services for the erderly: support quality of life in old age

Abstract

The aim of the article is to share the experience in the implementation of the reform of residential social care for seniors in the Czech Republic. The aim of today's senior care facilities is to provide worthwhile and dignified life to their clients.

The author shows how important can be the support of the Community in residential care services, using as an example the Social Care Facility Hagibor, largest project of the Jewisch Community of Prague.
