Abstract
The topic of this work is the Bohemian land heritage law to the half of 17th century. Mission of this work is related to knowledge and description of land he-ritage law following from both reporting via numberless up-to-date profes-sional literature and also source of law contained in decrees of the ruler, in legal books and in codifications.
With respect to the fact that in this period sources of law do not provide much information our attention has been also given to legal practice, above all factual cases of procurement concerning possession during life and in case of death, to which belong testaments, suitors, registrations and further products of this legal practice.
